I wanted something to knit while preparing fleece for spinning and as we have an apartment in Portugal I was intrigued when I came across this Portuguese wool. Our apartment is called Estrela da Luz and so the fact that this yarn is composed of Serra da Estrela and Portuguese merino wool it called out to me! I like hearts as well! I am offering free postage.

Handknitted light weight beanie made from 100 percent Portuguese wool....Pegulhal which is a breed specific yarn composed of Serra da Estrela and Portuguese merino wool. Perfect for spring/autumn this one size adult beanie would probably fit under motorbike/cycle helmet. Predominantly blue the beanie is decorated with reddish Purple Hearts.
