Thank you for visiting my Folksy Shop
I am now working hard on new pieces which I look forward to adding to my Folksy shop over the coming days and weeks.
I am not taking commissions for the foreseeable future.
Made using traditional jewellery making techniques. I have pierced out the shapes for these earrings, carefully soldering the components into place, adding sterling silver wire spirals and setting a central london blue topaz cabochon to each earring. Hammer textured with an oxidised finish. I have made these earrings with a stud top fastening / butterfly backs.
Measuring approx 17mm across square section / 33mm length.
Made in sterling silver, these earrings fall below hallmarking requirements and bare my makers mark and .925 on the reverse.
Please note that I always source all my silver from a reputable UK supplier to ensure the upmost quality.
I love jewellery that has an old, ancient feel to it and much of my work is inspired by the art and creativity of our ancestors, from neolithic times through to the middle ages.
