The Sparkle Bear Hugs resin, rhinestone beaded rosary chain Matinee length necklace is hand cast from colored epoxy resin with a bit of glitter.
The sitting bear has his paws together as if giving a hug. He can sit up when not worn. Sparkle, has over 160 hand applied rhinestones and one light yellow Swarovski Crystal © rhinestone. As well as pink and light purple resin faux half pearls. The Aurora Borealis rhinestones give off rainbow sparkles in both natural and artificial light.
The beaded rosary chain is attached to a 12mm jump ring which in turn is attached to a silver color nickel free large loop bail on the back of the piece.
Pastel fondant color beads in purple, mint green, buttercup yellow, pastel pink and pastel blueberry create the long links.
Each link has four beads. Alternating between 6mm pink Czech faceted beads with purple and mint green beads on either side. To links made of 4, 4mm beads in blue and purple or blue and mint green.
The necklace has a nickle free silver color lobster clasp and jump ring closure.

Length & width of bear : 1.5 inches x 1 inch
Complete length of rosary chain: 10 inches one side. 20 inches end to end. Matinee length.

Sparkle Bear Hugs was inspired by the theme of Bear Hugs and Sparkle Kisses. The bear was cast out of left over epoxy resin and I decided to hand apply over 160 rhinestones and resin faux pearl's to make him sparkle in all types of light. He is also inspired by the memory of my Dad giving me the biggest bone crushing bear hugs. I hope that with this necklace the person feels the love I have put into it and a big bear hug whenever they wear it.
