Beautiful swan egg cup from the 1930’s repurposed as a pin cushion. Filled with sharpe sand to keep your pins sharp, the pins included have tiny hand crochet flowers attached to the ends. Perfect for a gift for that quirky sewing friend we all have.

The swan egg cup was too beautiful to sit at the back of my cupboard (rarely have boiled eggs and I have a collection of egg cups). I thought if I repurposed it that it’ll find a new home and a new purpose, so once again being used hopefully on a daily basis.
