Item details

This small abstract painting of trees in moonlight is 12 cm x12cm and the depth of the frame is 3.4cm. It is called Witchy Moon and shows other-worldly tree shapes in a silvery full moon. The chunky frame allows the painting to be freestanding as it is in the photo here, or hung from a nail or steel pin as there is a fixing mechanism on the back. The unisex nature of the painting means that it is an ideal gift for males or females.

I love trees and so they often find themselves in my semi abstract art. That was the case with this painting. The method of creating the painting was to use the fluid properties of paint to create the otherworldly tree shapes, in common with others in the group. The palette has much in common with others in the set, except here there is purple added to the largely silver and black palette. also for sale.
