I love puffins, their clown-like make up and cheeky expressions make them irresistible and never more so when they have a beak-full after a sucessful fishing trip. How they cram so much in is really astounding.

I had been envisioning a framed and wall hanging art piece that mixed the 2d wet felting with a 3D foreground...a sculpted animal piece was always my idea and the puffin inspiration came about on holiday in Cornwall
