These Mini Fascinators are just divine! They would be fabulous as a matching set for two bridesmaids in a vintage themed wedding, and would make beautiful keepsakes. All carefully sewn by hand (I avoid the use of glue where possible), these are high quality accessories, and will not perish as easily over time if stored carefully.

I have used genuine vintage flowers, which would have been made by professional flower-makers for post-war milliners last century. Each fascinator has one large plum coloured velvet pansy and green pansy leaf, three exquisite purple velvet violets, and a stunning silk Ranuncula originally labelled "From Czechoslovakia" but I believe was made several decades before the country's split in 1993.

Each fascinator is finished off with a snippet of plum merry widow veiling and a little spray of feathers.

The base is of a deep purple sinamay and is a circle 6cm in diameter. On the back I have sewn a small alligator clip, so it can easily worn in different hair styles.
