Dandelion Crafts was founded and is run by carers who have personally experienced the challenges of caring for a loved one with dementia. Being a carer can be socially isolating and financially difficult as employment is hard to fit around caring commitments. Dandelion Crafts offer home based employment and creative respite events where carers share experiences and friendship.
All products are designed and made by carers in our workshops or in their own homes at their own pace. Products include dementia friendly gifts to promote relaxations and reminiscence as well as other beautiful gifts designed to promote awareness of dementia and the effects it has on those living with the condition.
