Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

I will require you to send me the item back in the same or very similar packaging as it was sent to you within 14 days so I can put in a damage claim with the delivery company. I will not issue you a replacement or refund if you do not send me the photographs and the damaged item. Personalised items will be non-refundable or exchanged. These are made to order for the individual buyer and cannot be used by anyone else. Please make sure you spell any personalised words, names, etc. correctly when placing your order. If it is my mistake, I will replace or issue you with a full refund. I will make sure I send a photograph of the finished item for the buyer to check before it is dispatched. For all non-personalised items, the customer is within their rights to cancel their order. Customers have up to 14 days after making a purchase to cancel their orders. They have up to a further 14 days if they are not happy with their purchase to return their order back to me in the original or similar secure packaging for a refund minus the return postage cost and any custom fees may they occur are also non-refundable. If your order/s have been satisfactory, please could you leave me a review to let me know if you are happy with your shopping experience and should I need to improve anything? Please contact me prior to leaving a less than a five-star review so I can figure out how to make sure you are satisfied as a customer. I can offer combined postage costs on multiple purchases, please contact me prior to making purchases so I can edit the listing for you. As soon as your payment has cleared for a ready made item, your item will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. If you require a bespoke made to order item, please allow me to respond to your request within 24 hours. You can send me the details but I will need to discuss it with you via email your full requirements. eg; personalisation details, colours, styles, etc before I proceed with your order. For made to order items, I can have from a few days up to 2 weeks turnaround time depending on how many open orders I have at the time. If you would like to check to make sure I can have your order made up and shipped in your desired time frame, please do contact me prior to making a purchase. Your order will be made up accordingly and will be dispatched as soon as your item has been checked by yourself. When this is done, your item will be dispatched within 2-3 buisness days. Items will be sent where possible in secure recycled packaging to help the enviroment. I use Parcel Monkey Recorded Tracked & Signed For Delivery. I always issue tracking information so you will always have tabs on the whereabouts of your parcel. If you have a preference for a particular delivery service please contact me. I am based in the UK. Overseas orders could take anything from a couple of weeks to 1 month to arrive, depending on bad weather and busy holidays etc. Please take this into account when placing an order. All my items are carefully double checked and packaged before dispatch, so if anything should occur during delivery, please send me an email to let me know as soon as possible. Overseas buyers and International Customs: Overseas buyers will be reponsible for any custom charges or any handling and postage fees etc that may occur when your package arrives into your own country. The seller will not be responsible for any fees other than the original postage and delivery fees which are listed in the item description. For returns, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage and should post it back to me in the same or similar securely wrapped packaging. Items lost in transit will need 25 days to pass before I can make a claim with the postal company. Buyers you must make sure your address has been verified by UPS postal service. You must check that you have the correct shipping address on file before you checkout. Your item will be shipped to the address which is supplied to me at checkout. I will not be held responsible for any items sent out to a non-verified or incorrect address. If the parcel is returned to me due to non-collection or a wrong address, You will be liable for any extra postage cost incurred in making sure the buyer's parcel is redelivered. If you order an item from anywhere outside of the UK, your item can take anything from a few weeks to a month to arrive. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
