Inspired by a desire for sustainable living, this hand thrown Seascape sugar bowl and spoon represents a slower way of life.
The bowl and spoon have been made from natural materials using as few resources as possible. With a wash of subtle green glaze and an underglaze, it has a simple, undulating design that reflects the patterns of the ocean and sea shore. This item forms part of my Horizon collection of handmade pottery.
From countryside retreat to urban apartment, this would make a perfect gift for those who want to be surrounded by items that are useful and beautiful.

Embracing a slower way of sustainable living is what my work is all about.
From my potter's studio in West Yorkshire, I take time to craft and glaze pieces of pottery using as few resources as I can.
I love the wild nature of the sea and mountains and want you to be able to bring them into your home. whether you've returned from a hectic day at work or just love to be surrounded by natural, handmade materials.
My work is your invitation to slow down, reflect and be kind to the people and beautiful planet we share.
