This beautifully slate Memorial Plaque is a fitting tribute to remember your pets. As this plaque is engraved with a permanent mark it is suitable for outdoor use, ideal to be placed in a flower bed or a memorial garden.
Each plaque is custom made, designed and personalised to your requirements. Images can be added however there may be an additional artwork fee for this should it be an image that we do not have.
Each piece of slate is one complete piece which allows the slate to be stood up in the ground and hand cut so no two pieces will be the same and we can create a size appropriate for you.
Please select your preferred font option for engraving from image 5 and add your 'personalisation details for the plaque in the 'Personalisation' box not forgetting to include if you would like us to send a proof across of how your plaque will look before we commence engraving.
Approximate Dimensions:
Small - 16 -19cm W x 11-13cm H with the stem an additional 9 - 12cm in height.
Medium - 23 - 24cm W x 14-15 cm H with the stem an additional 12 - 13cm in height
Large - 24 - 25cm W x 16-18 cm H with the stem an additional 12 - 15cm in height.
Extra Large - 25cm W x 27-28cm H with the stem an additional 14cm in height.

PLEASE NOTE
As slate is a natural product the colour and shape may vary slightly between pieces. Each piece of slate may also have ridges and indents and contain Pyrite which may give the slate a gold appearance in places. This is not a defect.
