Fox and fox cub near high rise. This signed and dated piece of wall art and is produced from laser etched 4mm plywood, (clear water based coating applied after engraving process). It is one of a series of my designs based upon UK wildlife, flora and fauna, (a personal interest of mine).

Size: 35 cm diameter

I can also make custom sizes to order.

Each artwork comes with velcro wall fixings which are optional.

Note that this artwork is laser engraved which is a process that burns a contrasting mark into the wood surface. Wood of course is a natural product and you can expect minor variations in colour and texture.

We used to have a family of foxes that lived somewhere near our home, but we have not seen them for a couple of years. You used to hear them at night more than see them. I know some people think urban foxes are a pest, but I see them as beautiful opportunists.

I imagined this image of a mother fox with her cub outside a high rise at night, (Scholes flats not far from where I live in Wigan). This artwork is part of my collection of designs based upon British wildlife, especially wildlife in urban and industrial settings. I hope you like it. Mark
