You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

I am a Manchester based artist specialising in unique handmade gifts, jewellery, fashion and home wear. Taking loved retro items and themes and giving them a new twist! All Items are handmade and I make sure that there are no imperfections with the finished product. However, all items are hand made and sometimes use original retro and vintage materials which must be taken into account when purchasing, though I will always include clear photos in any listing. The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalised orders Perishable products (like food or flowers) Digital downloads Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) Returns and exchange details I hope that you will love any item that is purchased from my shop and I that never need to refund or exchange any item, but should you need to please do contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will always do my best to solve any issues. I will exchange or refund any items that arrive damaged or defective due to a mistake on my part. In the event of damages and losses in the delivery process you can claim up to £20 compensation directly from Royal Mail. Order cancellations and refunds on unwanted items will only be given in extreme circumstances and when the original product is returned unused and in the original packaging. If returning a product to us please retain proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost on their way to us.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
