These workshops are a full or half day taster course to introduce you to the exciting medium of fused glass. No previous experience needed.
Spend a relaxing day cutting, layering and designing your own fused glass creations in my garden studio in Epsom, Surrey. You will experience a mindful, therapeutic and enriching time occupying your hands and calming your mind while you learn a new skill. Once fired you can come back to collect your creations, or I can post them to you at cost.
The studio can accommodate two people so you are assured plenty of personal attention to inspire and encourage your artistic side, with guidance and information on completing your pieces.
Your visit starts with a welcoming tea, coffee or soft drink followed by an introduction to glass and cutting safely, after which you are free to use the wide selection of glass supplies on hand to create what you wish. For those on the full day workshop a light lunch is also included, please let me know any dietary requirements.
All tools and safety glasses will be provided, please wear comfortable clothes and suitable footwear (closed shoes, no sandals).

The workshops run on Tuesdays and Fridays. Once you have chosen a full or half day workshop I will be in touch to arrange a date that is convenient for you.
