This is a listing for an original miniature abstract/expressionistic seascape. The canvas measures 5x5cm (2x2 inches) and comes framed in a natural wooden box frame measuring 11.5 x 11.5cm.

Painted using acrylic modelling paste, crackle paste and acrylic paint applied with a palette knife to create lots of texture and depth, this painting was the subject of a recent Skillshare class I created so if you would like to see how it came to be made if you visit the Skillshare website and search for my classes.

Postage within the UK is free and will be by Royal Mail Tracked international elsewhere.

This painting was inspired by a photo I'd taken on our local beach. At this time of year there's a beautiful light just before sunset where the ocean reflects the sky back perfectly and that's what I wanted to recreate in this painting while keeping it loose and almost abstract.
