Item details

There are five little robins on this mobile. They are constructed from foam rubber sheet, and hang on invisible thread from fine wire yokes. The slightest air disturbance will have them drifting around each other in gentle but endlessly fascinating movement.

Dimensions:
The robins are 9cm long from beak to tail.
The mobile is approximately 40cm wide and 45cm long
As each one is handmade the mobile dimensions will vary

Packaging:
I use recyclable card postage boxes and recycled shredded paper packing. I include instructions to help you get it hung safely and even a hook to hang it from!

Robins are specially associated with Christmas,. We also know them as the gardener's friend, sitting on the fork handle watching for tasty morsels among the plants. I love hearing my robin singing from a bush that he is waiting for me to turn the next bit of earth. I wanted to celebrate the pleasure that he (or she) gives me and many other gardeners. I hope this mobile will share with you some of that pleasure.
This would make an unusual gift for a bird lover or a gardener. Mobiles are not just for children!
