You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Returns: I gladly accept returns. If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, it can be returned within 14 days (with the original packaging) and I will refund. I regret that postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded. Please note that bespoke curtains, blinds and cushions, made-to-order items, personalized items can only be returned or exchanged if faulty. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to me and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach me. I strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order. Cancellation: Do you change your mind? No problem, you have 24 hours to cancel your order.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
