here is another of my hand knit patchwork cardigans this time for the older girl . its made a slightly different way with the squares tilted to form a diamond this gives the bottom edge a zig zag finish the sleeves are finished in a basket stitch texture . this is a mixture of fibres some sock yarns some with sequins and some pure merinos .think it will fit a 10yr to 12yrs but best to measure the child first the measurements are 32" 81cm chest 11" 28cm sleeve underarm 21" 53cms back length. the buttons are plastic with floral design. all purchases are sent via royal mail track and sign.

I just loved making this it was slow going but a lot of fun putting the colours together choosing which to put in next. I am now hoping the wearer will get as much pleasure out of it as I did in the making . I would hand wash this one as some of the yarns have silk in them a bit of a bind but I hope worth it looks good with jeans as well as being a bit dressed up.
