These pillows are great, I put mine on top of a soft regular pillow & have been sleeping so much better & my piercing is healing so much better without pressure being put on it. You position it so that your ear fits in the centre of the hole. You can manipulate the hole by putting your hand through from the back.The pillow is NOT meant to replace a regular pillow. which is why they are the size they are. The hole is approx 4 ins which allows for your ear to fit in comfortably & the depth is 3 ins in the middle tapering down to the outer edge to allow your neck to be in a good position.

It is made of cotton fabric and filled with non allergenic hollow fibre which conforms to fire regulations.

I recommend hand washing & allowing to dry naturally.

PLEASE NOTE - when you receive the pillow it may seem quite puffed up but obviously will flatten slightly over time with the weight of your head on it. It needs to have a certain amount of support to keep your ear from having any pressure on it. Check the measurements as per the photos, this pillow is .not meant to replace a regular pillow but is designed to sit on top of a thinnish pillow to just raise the ear up and avoid any pressure on it.

I first made two of these pillows when my daughter & I got our ears newly pierced & found it impossible to sleep on that side. We were advised to buy a travel pillow but found it really uncomfortable. A year later I am still using my pillow as my daith piercing is still not fully healed.
