This was inspired by the beauty of wildflowers and the extravagance of old furniture. The background to this picture is painted black, with patterned gold that has been distressed for an aged effect. The colour wildflowers are a striking and lovely contrast against the background and a drip-effect was applied to enhance the aged effect.
