For the rest of the world, all orders must be returned via an insured and tracked delivery service at the expense of the customer. We will not accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned items that were sent by any means other than those stated above. Delivery charges of the original order will not be refunded, nor will any customs duties and taxes accrued on orders outside of the UK. We use natural stone/gemstones in some of our designs so each one will have a slight variation in appearance. Hallmarking We are registered with London assay office. Under the 1973 UK Hallmarking Act: All sterling silver jewellery that weighs over 7.78 gms must be hallmarked at one of the UK’s assay offices. A hallmark is an official mark struck on items made of precious metals. This guarantees the purity/fineness of the metal. Hallmarks are a legal requirement on products of a certain weight – depending on the metal being marked. All our jewellery (this includes our individual charms) Are kept under 7.78gms in weight as we are a small growing business & this helps to keep our costs down & are therefore exempt from hallmarking.
