I have used my own photos taken at nearby moorland not far from the southern coast in Cornwall as the setting for this whimsical wildlife painting. I love to see animals in their natural habitat and have used a winter backdrop to set the scene. The fox is painted from imagination and I tried to give it a warm, safe and cozy feel. I adore the landscape in this wild part of the UK and have attempted to give an atmospheric feeling to the completed work. This would look lovely in a nursery :)
