These handmade rustic 10mm weaving needles are made in a small village in Mid Wales on the southern edge of the Snowdonia National Park.
They are hand made from reclaimed recycled wood. Then the needle has been sanded to a smooth finish with a smooth blunt point so it doesn't snag on your yarns or fabrics that you are weaving. It is then finished with a clear wax to ensure it stays clean & smooth with use.

The needle is roughly 4 inches long with a large eye for use with thicker chunkier yarns.

i find it really useful to use these needles when adding accent threads to rigid heddle & Saori weaving. i also used them for finishing off peg loom rugs...A very useful tool....
