Item details
I love millefiori glass, the small details that make each piece unique fascinate me, I could look at it for hours. I didn't want the beauty of these beads to get lost in the crowd so I have separated each of the millefiori beads from each other with clear glass beads.
Millefiori is an Italian word meaning a million flowers. The millefiori technique is most commonly seen in Venetian glasswork.
Walking around the streets of Venice on my holiday last year is where I first saw this type of glass being used and it was love at first sight!
