This unique little fabric purse is handprinted with acrylic paints in shades of blue, yellow and pink on a white cotton background with a selection of stamps created from packaging. The antique bronze coloured metal purse frame has two blue beads set within the flower shape clasps and is attached to the purse with a dark blue embroidery thread.
The batik cotton lining in shades of blue has fleece interfacing to give the piece softness and structure. My initial and year of creation are chain stitched within the lining so that you know this is a Made in the Temple original.
Perfect for holding notes and small change or why not be creative with its use.
Approx Dimensions H 11cm W 13cm
I had a friend make me a batch of handprinted fabric and they were the perfect size to make some coin purses with. Each side of the purse is unique and I love the fact she uses packaging as stamps to create the layers of design.
