This hand crafted, Granny Square Shoulder Bag in Purple will add a flash of colour to your wardrobe. The purple heather colour scheme used in this crochet bag is inspired by walks in the northern Peak District.

Constructed from three granny squares, this large, crocheted handbag is fully lined with contrasting fabrics. The lining fabrics have been carefully chosen to compliment the granny squares and add strength and shape to the bag.

Ideal for festivals, holidays or days out, this shoulder bag is designed to hold lightweight items such as makeup, a rain jacket, shawl or journal. It also features a very handy pocket for your mobile phone, car keys or other small items. A wooden button fastens the bag to keep the contents in place.

The crochet strap has been enforced with contrasting binding to give extra strength. This strap can be worn over or across your shoulder.

Measurements:
Large Bag: Width 34cm. Height 17cm at bag centre, 34cm at side leading to strap.
Strap length 38cm (not including the 3cm diameter wooden rings)

Care Instructions:
Handwash or machine wash on a wool cycle at 30°C and dry flat.

For this crocheted shoulder bag, heather covered hills in the northern Peak District inspired me choose the purple colour scheme, complimented by the mix of the polka dot and tiny star fabric linings.
