Made from glass beads with 4 lava stone beads. Pattern inspired by the 7 chakra colours.

Lava beads are made from volcanic rock. They're very porous and are great for slowly diffusing aromas, ideal used in jewellery. Just add one or two drops of essential oil to each bead, rub in with your fingers and wear. Depending on the quality of your oil you can get approximately a day of aroma.

I suffer daily with anxiety and depression and often use an essential oil blend that helps ease my nerves when I need it most. I can be forgetful though, so rather than carry my aromatherapy oil around, I use my lava bead jewellery to slowly diffuse it over the course of my day.
