I have always loved this kind of blanket but never got around to making one in my youth. Then I took up crocheting again during a period of convalescence, when I couldn't do anything strenous, and The Big Bang Theory was coming to an end on TV. So I decided to try my hand at making one. It took quite a while but it was definitely worth it!
