A stunning bentwood ring, on a silver core.
The ring is 4mm in height being a perfect size for both men and women.
The ring has a high polish finish on the outside providing a sealed robust finish to the wood enabling it to be worn everyday.
Wood is the 5th anniversary gift.
This can be made in what ever size is required but this example is S 1/2.

Joining wood and silver to make a stunning piece of jewellery which can be worn every day.

This ring starts life as a slice of wood which is cut to size and over several hours steam bent into shape, the solid silver core is cut, shaped and hand formed into the required size. The two pieces meet and left to dry and stabilise for at least 24 hours. The silver is then taken to the next level with filling and sanding to ensure a comfortable fit.
The ring then undergoes 8 separate layers of finish followed by a painstaking polishing procedure for both the outer wood layer and the solid silver core. It is then stamped, snuggled into its box and ready to go to its new home.
