You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

SHIPPING, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS We offer a FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING! Don’t worry, we will take care of your package and post it with a tracked delivery as soon as the item is nicely packed and secured. It might take us around 1-2 days before we take it to the post office. We prefer to check everything one more time before posting, so you could enjoy it as soon as delivered. In UK and Europe delivery time is 3-5 working days. USA and other countries - might take 7-14 days. If you would like to get it quicker please contact us and we will try to sort out an extra quick shipping with some additional costs. We understand that everyone can change their mind so we do accept returns and cancellations. If the product is damaged, we can offer a repair service. If it arrives damaged we will replace with another piece as close to the original as possible with your authority. Contact us within: 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery. Buyer covers the shipping costs. If you would like to cancell please let us know before 3 days from placing an order.
