You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged; handmade earrings for pierced ears. Returns and exchange details: I hope you will be delighted with your purchase which will be made with love and care. In over 20 years of trading through my own website, and via another e-commerce site, I have had very few problems and I try hard to keep my customers happy. PIERCED EARRINGS Pierced earrings are not refundable/returnable for hygiene reasons - if your earrings however are faulty in some way then contact me and we can work through the issue. POSTAGE COSTS If you return an item, you are responsible for paying your own postage, and your refund will be less any postage fees I have paid out (at my discretion). CUSTOMS FEES All customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. If you return an item from overseas, you should clearly mark the returned package as a "RETURNED ITEM" on the customs declaration with a zero value. Not doing this will cause further customs fees at my end, and I may have to refuse delivery of the package. RETURN DETAILS If you return your purchase you should return the item in its original condition, with all the original packaging, the item must be unworn and in the same condition it was in when you received it. I advise you use a tracking and/or a signed for service in case the package goes astray in the mail. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any customs fees incurred.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
