I wanted something different for a new standing lamp and made some birds from a series of shapes. That lamp is in the window and lots of people pass and give me thumbs up. I wondered if I could improve on both the background and the birds themselves so I experimented and this is my first finished update on the original. It is a definite improvement on the one passers-by seem to like but as I'm quite fond of the original, this one is now available to anyone else who likes a quirky bird.
