I have refined this popular design over several iterations to be simple yet stylish and to function as a gift box and also as a night stand box. An accurate fit is achieved with high tech machinery and all finishing is by hand in my workshop near Cambridge.
The box starts as a rough sawn plank of hardwood and emerges as a high quality piece of art.
