You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

POSTAGE If you are in the UK your order will be sent out within 2 working days, it will be posted 'Signed For' 2nd class large letter post, as standard, and a tracking number will be provided. This is to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition and can be tracked by you to see where it is. It should reach you within 3-5 working days. EU orders are sent small packet airmail post and can take up to 3 weeks to arrive Worldwide orders are sent international small packet AIRMAIL post within 2 working days, this can take 2-4 weeks delivery depending on where you are. All the packaging we use is made from hemp, card, acid free tissue and is both recyclable and recycled. We are currently using large letter size boxes, shredded tissue and eco hemp card. We will soon have padded eco paper postage bags for larger orders. We avoid bubblewrap and single use plastic where we can. We are swapping to Eco paper tape instead of parcel tape. Our suppliers are small UK busineses. CARE INSTRUCTIONS It is a good idea to avoid showering or swimming while wearing plated, alloy and costume jewellery, as this can effect the finish of the jewellery. It is not advised to spray perfume or cologne directly on the jewellery, spray first then put on your jewellery. If the item becomes dull or tarnished it is easily brought back to life with a silver polishing cloth. These are available in most supermarkets in the cleaning/polishing section, they last a long time and are cheap to buy. RETURNS If there are any problems with your order please do contact us as soon as possible and we will be very happy to help you. Also if you have any questions or requests don't hesitate to ask and we will see what we can do. Returns must be in original packaging and condition and within 14 days of receipt. We ask that you the buyer pay return postage cost and obtain proof of postage. This is because if the item goes missing in transit you as the sender have to make a claim with the postal service you used.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
