I like to make items for my colleagues at work when they're expecting and this is one of my favourite patterns. ‘Little Monkeys Crochet’ blogger Rebecca Langford has worked out the design for a baby blanket they'd seen on the television show Call the Midwife. The "colour ramp" idea comes from working with Geographical Software, where maps are often make use of a scale which goes between two colours, Here I've gone from deep pink ( It looks a little more red on the photo) through to purple , blue then turquoise.
