You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

If you are not happy with your purchase then we would be happy for you to return the item within 7 days of the purchase date. Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return and on receipt, we will exchange it for an alternative item or items. If you would prefer, we will issue you a full refund within five working days of receipt of your returned item. (Please contact us for a return address) Any returned items must reach us in unopened, “new” condition with all original packaging present. In the unlikely event that your order or items within it are damaged, you may return them to us for a full refund or exchange. You must notify us within 7 working days.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
