This mini handbag mirror features a reproduction of my original pigeon lino print.

This little 58mm diameter mirror is just the right size to pop into your pocket or bag.

This mirror is one in a series of three linocut purse mirrors available - there is also a Krampus and a skull design.

This is a reproduction of an original linocut. To create an original linocut, the design is hand drawn directly onto a lino block, which is carved away using a gouge. The lino block is then inked, and printed in relief. Multi-colour prints are composed by transposing multiple blocks.

Mirrors will be shipped protected with bubble wrap.

The image was inspired by the beady-eyed avian flâneurs which stroll impressively around town. The pigeon, or rock dove, is an oft underestimated avian entity, which I feel has a certain resilient elegance.
