You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

• Every UK order of prints, mugs or fabric items is sent as standard via Royal Mail First Class Signed For which will require a signature upon delivery. Items sent using this service aims to be delivered within 1 day (including Saturdays) from the dispatch date. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days of the dispatch date, please get in contact with us. Orders of cards, postcards, mirrors, tags or wooden decorations will be sent as standard via Royal Mail First Class Post which aims to deliver items the next working day. ***If you are ordering this item for a specific/date occasion, please be aware of shipping times - and customs delays! Shipping/postage times are estimates only and cannot guarantee delivery dates. I dispatch everything as soon as I can, but can't mitigate for postal or customs delays.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
