You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

Delivery I aim to ship all items currently in stock within 3 - 5 working days. For UK customers this will be via Royal Mail First Class and usually means delivery within 7 days of purchase. If you require your item before this (for a birthday, anniversary, etc.) please contact me before ordering. If you would like your item to be posted requiring a signature, again please contact me. Please bear in mind that at busy periods (Christmas, Valentines, Mother's Day, etc.) shipping times may be slower. Orders over £50 will be sent requiring a signature. I only ship purchases to your Paypal address. This is to protect both you and myself should a parcel go missing in the post. Please check that it is correct before confirming your order as items not received due to failure to provide correct shipping address cannot be refunded! If your item is being made to order or personalised, this will take a little longer, depending on whether I need to buy crystals in, etc. I will always advise you of the wait time if i will be longer than usual (before payment if desired) and keep you up to date on the progress of your order. If the order is for a special occasion or short notice, please let me know so that I can do my best to meet that deadline for you. Returns and Cancellations If your purchase is cancelled before dispatch, I will provide a full refund via Paypal. Please note for custom listings, cancellation after purchase will result in deduction of the cost of any supplies ordered. I make every effort to ensure items are packaged safely, but if your item should arrive in less than perfect condition, please contact me as soon as possible at willowbrookartistry@gmail.com, and attach a photograph of the damage so I can take steps to prevent it happening again in the future. I will provide a full refund via Paypal or a replacement item at the customers discretion, and refund return postage where applicable. *Please remember* - All my pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. This adds to the charm of the product and makes it truly unique to you. Whilst I make every effort to represent my items well, please allow for some slight variation from the listing.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
