You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

For Health & Hygiene reason hair accessories are sealed with safety hygiene seal sticker and if it is broken returns cannot be accepted. Hair flowers have a unique label on the front as a seal. Faulty Items - A do believe that this part is unnecessary as I check carefully each item before packing. However if any problem appears just let me know and I can offer full repair/ replacement. ****IMAGES**** Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph my items accurately and describe my products in detail, I cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise. Please contact me with any questions about the color or size of any item before purchasing. ****FAQ**** 1. Parcel was sent to a wrong address, what to do? Please keep your delivery address updated. If you are not able to collect your parcel it can be resend as soon as I have it returned by Royal Mail. Cost of additional postage is a customer reponsibility. Keeping delivery address updated is a customer responsibility and parcels collected and signed by a person from wrong address will be treated as delivered. 2. Can I return and get refund for unsealed item? NO - Due to hygiene & health reasons all items which could have contact with skin, hair etc are sealed for a guarantee that haven't been worn. If seal is broken item will be treated as worn/ used and can't be refunded. 3. Does the safety seal label let me see what is in the box? YES - Outer gift box is not sealed. You can open it and take a look of the item you received. Item is packed in a transparent bag, which is sealed with safety hologram seal sticker. Once opened can't be returned/ refunded. Hair Flowers and large accessories have a special label on the front as a seal. 4. Care instructions: Bridal accessories are made to look as delicate as possible. I do my best to test all my products against damages however please keep in mind that it's made of delicate materials. Keep your item in an original packaging, it will be protected from dust, scratches and moisture. All metal parts oxidize when ageing. Keeping your jewellery and accessories in a bag and far from light helps to prevent damages. Also some cosmetics used on your skin can react with wire/ silver/ gold/ beads/ Swarovski/ Pearls and Crystals and can change their colours slightly after a few months/ years of wearing. It is always good idea to clean your jewellery with soft cloth after using. 5. Wholesale availability and custom orders: All items are hand made in a home studio in small quantities, most of them are One of a Kind. If you are interested in selling it in your shop/ bridal studio/ website just let me know, but please keep in mind that I am not able to make mass production or keep the prices lower. If you are interested to buy something exclusively designed for you don't hesitate to contact me.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
