The lucky horseshoe tradition for weddings seems to be hundreds of years old.
Associated with supernatural powers before Christianity to protect from evil but the horseshoe is still a popular good luck symbol.
I was first asked to make one of these for a Pagan wedding ceremony as an alternative to a ring bearer cushion.
