A stunning, unique and pretty design made from locally sourced flowers and plants in Wales on Thai Sa (mulberry) paper surrounded with a white painted reclaimed wood frame with glass. This design includes rose petals, ivy and wildflowers pressed in the traditional manner.

A fusion of the contemporary and the cottage garden, with a touch of the shabby chic and minimalism, this picture is very pleasing to the eye and will bring a very attractive touch in the home or as a gift.

The picture aperture itself is 19 x 19cm. The total frame size is 29 x 29cm.

The picture is for hanging. It has no stand.

I love nature, flowers and wildlife, and I love art, so putting the two together is natural for me. What nicer way to use reclaimed materials and enjoy nature and creating than in pressing flowers and turning them into beautiful designs? I loved making this piece as rose petals lend themselves so well to stunning and colourful designs and the wildflowers add a special delicacy alongside the ivy. Thai Sa paper makes a beautiful textured background and having lived in Thailand, I have especially grown to appreciate how much beauty it gives to art and craft.
