This listing is for you to commission an original and one off watercolour and pen painting of your pet!

This is for a 7.5x11 inch portrait, which is just a little smaller than A4. It's a nice medium size that will work well for a full body shot or headshot.

I love painting in a loose, colourful and fun style, that represents the pet I am painting. Tell me about your pets personality and any thoughts or ideas you have about your painting. I can work from a few photos or just one, and am happy to offer my view on what I think would work well.

I am happy to adjust the size slightly if you need different dimensions, or would like a square portrait. Lets work together to create something unique special :)

All my paintings are done on the beautiful Saunders Waterford 425gsm watercolour paper, using a mixture of professional artist quality watercolour paints. Some of these paints are iridescent and give the paintings a magical look in certain lights and angles.

Your painting will be wrapped in a cellophane bag and tissue paper, between cardboard in a fragile/do not bend envelope to ensure it arrives safely.

Postage to the UK is 1st class signed for, international's is tracked and signed.

I started by painting my own Cocker Spaniel Dolly, it grew from there that other people wanted a portrait of their own pet in a similar style :) I love bringing peoples photos of their pets to life by painting them in watercolour, the loose colourful style is fun and it's always a surprise seeing how they turn out. Watercolour is quite an unpredictable medium and that's part of its charm.
