Marshall Gibson was inspired to pick up a paint brush after seeing an exhibition of J. M. Whistler’s nocturnes at the Tate Gallery in London. Following several years of painting pots, vases, urns and amphorae for family and friends, word spread and demand grew so much that Marshall decided that he would offer his work to a wider audience.
