I have a friend who really wanted her bedroom blinds making out of some fabulous Sanderson fabric to match her lovely bedspread, but she couldn’t afford the hefty price tag for the fabric. Our solution was to buy another bedding set and cut it up to make the blinds (which worked quite well, I have to say, but only because it’s such good quality cotton!). I was left with the bedding backing fabric, which is so beautiful that I didn’t want to throw it away, and knew it would come in useful for something! These handkerchiefs are a perfect way to use up such fabric remnants. They’re a little piece of luxury to blow your nose on! Or maybe bequeath it to your gallant knight in shining armour, so that he can tie it to the back of his helmet as a sign of his love for you and to bring him luck in battle? No? Maybe not. Certainly these are fit for any lord or lady wishing to partake in a more earth friendly lifestyle and to look smart and stylish whilst sneezing. Bless you.
