Limited Edition lino print of Snowdon, topography print 30x40cm

Snowdon Limited Edition

Inspired by my love of maps and mountains. I have based this print on the contours found on maps, complete with some of Snowdon’s lakes and the trig point marking the summit.

This print is made using Japanese Hosho paper (285x397mm). A thin, smooth and very strong specialist printing paper.

The inks used are Caligo Safewash, a non-toxic, oil based ink. I only use soap and water to clean up my tools ensuring no harmful chemicals are used.

This piece took a number of weeks to produce, hence the small, exclusive print run of just 10. This print will not be reissued.

Supplied in a cellophane bag and triangular postal box to help keep your limited edition print protected as it makes its way to you.

Snowdon is one of the mountains in the Three Peak Challenge and the first mountain I remember hiking up as a child. My parents told me I would be able to collect a cloud if I managed to get to the top! So off I set with a paper bag. Unfortunately the cloud didn’t survive the descent but my love of mountains had begun.
