You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

These earrings are pierced, refunds only if seal is unbroken. ♡ I make everything I design and create with care and attention, but I'm only human, so colours in the photos are as accurate as a I can make them. ♡Measurements are not scientific but I'm going to get them as close as I can. ♡Every purchase will be sent out with proof of postage as bare minimum, however, for piece of mind please consider upgrading your chosen shipping, as both sides have a little more recourse over any issues. If things go astray; time is not our friend. Please contact me for details. ♡ Of course if your purchase is broken or doesn't stand up to usual wear, I will repair, exchange or refund but I think I'm pretty decent at finishing items neatly, for longevity. Having said that, it's unlikely they'll be recovered in a century's time like a Roman Toga brooch but am more than happy to say I've worn and washed my jewellery for many months and so far they're holding up really well so will stand reasonable wear and tear. So I would really appreciate that if you have a genuine problem contact me in the first instance. ♡I will post in a sealed, well-protected mailing box, can't say weather proof but will do my utmost to send your purchases as well packaged as befits handmade items.
