Basil Brush was a long term favourite of mine as a child and I recently saw him on TV again which inspired me to make this toy from a vintage pattern.

Full description
Hand made Basil Brush glove puppet with safety eyes and safety nose and stuffed with Trimits toy stuffing that conforms to safety standard BS1425 & BS5852 EN71. Made by me from a Style pattern 2015, this hand puppet is about 18 inches high and has removable cloak and scarf. Not suitable for the under 3's as it has small parts. A blast from the past but made in the last few months, making him bang up to date. A great item to have fun with children and engage them in play and learning. Could be great in a teaching situation too. NOTE: Pattern not included.
