This stunning geode art ceramic Easter egg is a completely new and different item by me. Painted using acrylics, pigment powders, chameleon powder, glitter and dyed rock crystal, in purples, white and copper shades to be an artistic representation of a geode. This decoration will make a gorgeous addition to your Easter tree or table centerpiece.

The egg has been given a coat of gloss varnish to seal and protect the surface and to really bring out the colours. There is a small metal wire hanging loop at the top.

Measuring 7.5cm long and 5cm wide this egg is also quite heavy at almost 50g.

Comes with a 10cm loop of royal purple 3mm wide satin ribbon.

Not suitable for outside use.

The natural world fascinates me and I have collected rocks, minerals and fossils for as long as I can remember. I especially love geodes, which occur at volcanic sites and consist of sparkling crystals encased in a hardened shell. They are sometimes called 'Thunder eggs'! I decided to try and do my own representation of this beautiful natural phenomenon and I just love the result! I hope you do to.
This would make a stunning decoration for your Easter table and it'll last a lot longer than the chocolate ones too!
