You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

DELIVERY TIMESCALES:- We always manufacture and dispatch items as fast as possible, however, delivery timescales are estimates only and may vary due to Customs, Peak Periods, UK / Scottish Bank Holidays, postal strike action and extreme weather. Delivery will only be made to the address given. Please ensure your address details are correct and up to date prior to ordering. LOST / DELAYED ORDERS:- Rest assured that orders rarely, if ever, go missing. Orders are not classed as lost until they have exceeded Royal Mails missing mail timescales. UK - 13 working days Europe - 25 working days Rest of World - 32 Working days Please allow for this prior to contacting us should your order be taking slightly longer than expected to arrive. All orders are clearly labeled with our return address if undelivered and certificates of posting are also retained for all orders. All instances of missing mail are taken extremely seriously. To protect the reputation of our business and the security of future deliveries to your address, we inform Folksy and Royal Mail to investigate ALL claims of lost mail. All orders have our return address on and as such will eventually be returned to us by Royal Mail if there is an issue with your delivery address. We will contact you if this is the case. RETURNS & REFUNDS:- Your satisfaction is our absolute no.1 priority. If in the unlikely event you are not satisfied and wish to return your item(s) then please email us first via Folksy within 30 days of receipt of your order to make us aware of your intention to return your item(s). All items must be returned in their original sealed and unused condition. Orders must also be returned within 30 days of sending us notification. You are responsible for any return postage. Please retain a proof of postage. We recommend a signed for service. We cannot refund any orders we do not receive. International postage is not able to be refunded for orders returned to us by the mail carrier as not able to be delivered. Refunds are automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days of us receiving your goods. We reserve the right to reject any returned item which displays any signs of use. If your refund is rejected, we will offer to post back your order at your own expense.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
